Convert a bank statement to Excel
Upload a statement as a PDF or a photo and get its transactions as an editable table you can export to XLSX. Always check the figures against the original before relying on them.
How it works
- Upload the statement (PDF, scan or photo).
- DocRecon rebuilds the transaction table with its columns.
- Review the numbers, fix anything, then export to Excel (XLSX).
What you get
- Keeps the original language and script (Urdu, Arabic, English, Chinese, Hindi and more)
- Rebuilds tables as real tables, not pictures
- Edit by hand or with simple commands
- Export to DOCX, PDF, XLSX, PNG, JPG, HTML or JSON
- A report shows which parts to double-check
Questions
Are the amounts guaranteed to be correct?
No tool can promise that. Compare totals with the original statement and use the report to see what to double-check.
Will it keep the column order?
It rebuilds the table as it appears in the document, and you can correct columns before exporting.
Does it match the original exactly?
It is a reconstruction, so small differences can happen, especially with dense or low-quality scans. After each conversion a report shows what to review.
Is it free?
There is a Free plan with 10 pages per month. Paid plans add more pages and larger documents.
Can I edit the result?
Yes. Click any text to change it, or use simple commands, then download the file.
